We will only proceed with investments when all members of the team agree that it is suitable for our investors, the investment is high quality and all risks are understood and acceptable. We are offered many opportunities and our review process includes extensive analysis.
Diverse assets
We leverage our deep relationships and strong reputation to find diverse investments not often available to non-institutional investors. We then work with the managers to structure an offering that meets the needs of our investors. We look for investments available to wholesale investors (as defined by the Corporations Act) that will provide diversity to their portfolios, where there is the opportunity for value-add while retaining a focus on capital preservation and in markets that are misunderstood or inefficient.

Strong governance and due diligence
Our extensive opportunity review process considers structures, management, and sponsors. We identify investment risks on a macro, financial, and legal basis and consider a broad range of factors including sector and potential exit options. Our hands-on approach includes site visits, engaging external experts, and considering restructuring where we think it will provide a better outcome for investors.
