Keith Jones
Executive Director

Keith Jones is the founder and CEO at Alteris Financial Group, one of Australia’s leading boutique wealth management companies.
With extensive experience in private wealth management, Keith’s leadership has seen Alteris rise to prominence as a recognised industry leader in lifecycle planning, working with clients in accounting, financial planning, asset management and aged care financial advice, and has driven more than $500m in wholesale investments.
Daniel O'Leary
Member: Investment Committee
Daniel has been advising on and managing wholesale investments for more than 15 years. Since 2016, Daniel has driven more than $400m in transactions, demonstrating strong skills in due diligence, pricing and structuring.
Having worked closely with wholesale investors and managers during this time, Daniel understands the elements needed to structure great opportunities.
He delves deep into specific opportunities as well as the broader market with a particular focus on financial modelling, fee and return structures and investment risk/return profiling.
Carl Dennis
Member: Investment Committee
Carl is a senior executive with extensive experience across Business Strategy, Finance, IT, Operations, Risk, and Compliance in the Banking, Funds Management, and Corporate sectors. He excels at aligning strategic vision with execution to drive meaningful business outcomes.
Success has been achieved through strong leadership, deep technical expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and effective project execution.
With a focus on business integration and separation, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence, Carl is committed to delivering sustainable growth and efficiency across organisations.
Don O'Brien
Member: Investment Committee
Don is an experienced corporate tax adviser who has built teams and practices over many years. He has been a partner at KPMG, RSM and Grant Thornton, and in each of these roles, held senior leadership positions.
Over his 40 year career, Don has built and led tax teams and has wide experience in advising on inbound and outbound investments to a range of multi-national clients in industries such as property and construction, manufacturing, retail and communication.
For more than 5 years, he was on the International Tax Committee of a world-wide accounting firm.
